Schedules

The Schedules tab lets you set time windows for automatic charging and discharging. Schedules are written directly to the inverter and run independently of the app — your phone doesn’t need to be nearby for them to work.

The Schedules tab shows only the slots your specific inverter supports — you won’t see options that don’t apply to your hardware.

Each charge slot has a start time, end time, and a target state of charge. During the slot the inverter will charge the battery from the grid (if solar isn’t sufficient) until it reaches that target.

AC Charge Enable — some inverters have a master switch that enables or disables charging from the grid entirely, separate from individual slot settings. If your inverter supports this, a toggle appears at the top of the Charge Slots section.

Example use case: charge from grid during cheap overnight tariff hours (e.g. Octopus Go, Agile off-peak).

Each discharge slot has a start time, end time, and a lower SOC floor. The inverter will discharge the battery during that period but won’t go below the floor you’ve set.

Example use case: discharge during peak tariff hours to reduce import costs.

EMS devices have a third section for Export Slots, controlling when surplus power is pushed to the grid. These follow the same structure as charge and discharge slots.

  • Tap + to add a slot
  • Tap an existing slot to edit it
  • Tap the toggle on the left of a slot to enable or disable it without deleting it
